Your time spent away from the gym is just as important as when you are being put through your paces in it. With the right balance of diet, exercise and lifestyle you’re well on your way to achieving those goals. Personal Training develops the latest range of training disciplines and methods to ensure that your interest is kept high. Following your initial assessment your Trainer will develop your bespoke training plan. All Solutions Personal trainers have REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) level 3 qualifications or equivalent, which is the required national standard.
