A little bit about myself. Before becoming a personal trainer I was overweight and had bad skin. 

I decided to look into getting myself a personal trainer. They guided me through exactly what I needed to do in order to achieve the body I had always dreamed of. I lost two Stone, I saw a boost in my confidence and loved the way I looked.

After achieving amazing results I didn’t want it to stop there. So I studied for my level 2/3 Personal Training qualifications, so I could help others achieve their goals like I had achieved mine.

I have worked at this gym for 40 years, starting teaching classes up to Program Director during the 90’s for the Y.M.C.A. When Solutions took over, I went part time as the Seniors Exercise Coordinator. I now do 2 x exercise to music classes and run our very popular walking group. I have always been passionate about fitness for all levels and specialise with older adults now.
