Ballroom dancing

A type of social dancing in pairs which helps with posture and cardio fitness.

Aqua Fitness

Combining cardio and resistance to sculpt and tone whilst in water

Boxercise

A circuit class incorporating a variety of punching and kicking exercises

Spin
Suitable for All
Spin is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. Good for improving endurance & strength, a great calorie burner.

Legs, Bums & Tums
Suitable for All and recommended for Pregnant ladies. (Always speak to your instructor before the class)
A mixture of Aerobics and Conditioning, minimal added weight but high repetition for toning and conditioning.

Zumba

Body Pump

Circuits

The core objectives of circuit training are to increase muscle strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination. Each training session usually includes a combination of both aerobic exercise and strength training.

During this hour the pool area, including sauna & steam room are open to female members only.

Aqua Aerobics & Aqua Zumba

Aqua Aerobics is suitable for all but is ideal for people with back pain, elderly people, anyone with delicate bone structures and those who would like to lose weight without putting too much strain on their bodies.

Rebounding
Suitable for All
Unlike trampolining where the aim is to put as much distance between your feet and the trampoline’s surface in slow jumping movements, while Rebounding the emphasis is a higher tempo movement of the lower body as well as the downward push through the balls of the feet staying close to the jumping area. Constantly working against gravity, your exercise body weight can become up to 3 times heavier than normal at the bottom of the bounce due to the increase in G-forces – sending your calorie burn through the roof!
