At Solutions Health & Fitness

We offer a wide variety of classes in our Main 80 sq ft Fitness studio and our new Spinning Zone.

Classes are not bookable and are available on a first come first served basis. To attend a class please pick up a studio token from reception on your way to the class.

It is a good idea to vary your exercise program so ask a fitness instructor to recommend specific classes to help achieve the results you want.
