Fitness Induction
When you join Solutions Health & Fitness, you will have booked in for a one-to-one session with an instructor. In this session, the instructor will ask you questions about what you want to achieve from your visits to the club. Once the instructor knows your goals and exercise history, they will introduce you to the machines, so that you can start taking steps towards a fitter and healthier you. You will need to bring some kit such as track suit bottoms or shorts, a T-Shirt and trainers.
Health & Fitness Report HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
This is a one-to-one appointment with a Fitness Instructor to asses your body composition. You will find out your BMI, fat percentage, water composition percentage, muscle mass and your BMR. This package includes a fitness programme & monthly reviews. Perfect for self motivated people who are results driven!
Personal Trainers (Discounts Available for Block Booking)
We have a great team of fully qualified personal trainers on board to help you to reach your goals. You can opt for one-to-one personal training or group personal training with one or two friends. You will also receive body composition results and a programme. Please fill in a personal enquiry registration form at reception or talk to a member of the gym team for more information.
