The Pool and Spa
After a work out in the gym there is nothing better than a nice swim, sauna, and steam and spa session.
We offer a free service for member’s children to use the pool between 2pm and 4pm on Saturdays. Parents/Guardians must accompany the children at all times as the pool is not directly supervised.
On Tuesdays at 11.30am-12.00pm, and Thursdays at 2.00pm-2.30pm Carolyn holds a ‘Mums & Tots Splash & Rhyme Time’ session in the pool for babies and small tots. Mums will splash
The pool is the ideal place to exercise for those of you who want a less intensive work-out option. For adult and children’s swimming lesson information, please ask at reception.
