Solutions consists of 5 floors of exercise and leisure facilities.
We have a large cardiovascular floor packed with top of the range technogym equipment such as:
- treadmills
- gliders
- cycles
- recline bikes
- top XT
- steppers
- rowers
- plus much more
We have an entire floor dedicated to weight training- half containing free weights, whilst the other half is filled with technogym resistance machines.
Other facilitiles include 2 large exercise studios, swimming pool, spa area and beauty therapy suite.
Parking
We have secured an excellent deal for our members at Dingwell Road NCP Car Park. Parking is now up to 2 hours with 25% discount.
Be a Friend and Bring a Friend
At the time of joining Solutions Health & Fitness, you will be given a starter pack containing two one-day passes offering the opportunity to invite two friends or family members to the club free of charge. Friends, colleagues or family members are entitled to work out with you on any occasion for just £7 per session.
