Classes

Exercise Classes

Other than the gym, there are plenty of other activities to get involved in at Solutions. We have two group fitness exercise rooms that house over 30 classes a week for various fitness levels. In 50 sq ft "Yoga Studio" we offer Yoga, Pilates and core strengthening classes. In our 80 sq. ft. Group Fitness room we offer conditioning classes, spinning, kickboxing, various step classes, barbell classes,

The classes include Yoga, Pilates, Aquafit, Body Combat and Cycling Solutions, to name a few. For more details, pick up a time table from reception. Classes are not book-able and are available on a first come first serve basis. To attend a class please pick up a studio token from reception on your way to the class. It’s a good idea to vary your exercise program, so ask an instructor to recommend specific classes to help achieve the results you want.

young@heart club

Solutions club is proud to be senior exercise programmer provider. We offer classes for seniors at all fitness levels, focusing on total body strength and conditioning for improving function for daily living, social and educational activities. Our large group of amazing 50+ members meet twice weekly for tea & coffee, bridge, table tennis health walks and of course gym!
